Freshly picked mint & local Lake Hawea honey combined to make this award winning dressing a great addition to many salads. It's lovely tossed through a Greek salad, bean salad, beetroot & feta salad or if you have a meal of lamb, new potatoes and green salad it will be delicious with everything on the plate!

Our favourite use is to drizzle it over a salad of baby spinach, orange, avocado and toasted almonds
